By accessing or using Cashmeet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cashmeet.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cashmeet. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these terms. We do not permit minors to access or use the Platform under any circumstances.
You may not use the Platform if you have been previously banned or if doing so would violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use Cashmeet in accordance with all applicable laws and these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of any user
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Attempting to discover the real identity of other users
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or mass solicitation
- Fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonation of other users or entities
- Circumventing Platform security measures or restrictions
- Using the Platform for illegal activities
- Uploading or sharing explicit or illegal content
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you post and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
The Cashmeet name, logo, and all related branding elements are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Cashmeet, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Financial Transactions
Cashmeet does not process financial transactions between users. Any financial exchanges occur directly between users through third-party payment services. We are not responsible for any financial transactions, disputes, or losses arising from user interactions.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations related to their use of the Platform. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding any income generated through Platform activities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashmeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashmeet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cashmeet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
